Borrowers may apply for a refund in the following circumstances:
Loan Application Cancelled: The borrower voluntarily cancels their loan application before the loan funds are disbursed.
Loan Disbursement Failure: The loan funds are not successfully disbursed to the borrower's designated account due to errors in the bank's system, account information, or other technical reasons.
Overcharge: The borrower is overcharged with interest, handling fees, service fees, or other related fees due to system errors or human errors.
Premature Repayment: The borrower repays all or part of the loan early as agreed in the loan agreement and meets the conditions for a partial refund of interest or handling fees.
Other Agreements: Other circumstances specifically stipulated in the loan agreement for refunds.
Application Submission:
Borrowers can submit refund applications through [Company website/email] and other channels, and provide necessary supporting documents, such as (1) bank transaction details (2) loan contract number (3) identity proof, etc.
When applying, the reason for the refund, the refund amount and the bank account information for receiving the refund must be clearly stated.
Review and Confirmation:
Our company will review the refund application within [3 working days] after receiving it.
The review content includes but is not limited to: checking the loan contract, confirming the fee collection, and verifying the reason and amount for the refund.
After the review is passed, our company will send a refund confirmation notice to the borrower via [email]. If the review is not passed, we will explain the reason.
Refund:
After the review is passed, our company will return the refund amount to the bank account designated by the borrower within [5 working days].
The refund will be returned to the borrower's bank account at the time of payment. If the original account has expired, new valid account information must be provided.
Borrowers should keep the transfer receipt securely and notify us for confirmation upon receipt.
Loan Application Cancellation: If no fees are incurred, the application fee or handling fee paid will be fully refunded.
Overcharge: The entire amount overcharged will be refunded.
Premature Repayment: Interest or service fees to be refunded will be calculated based on the prepayment terms in the loan agreement.
Note: If a refund request is unsuccessful or delayed due to the borrower's own fault (such as incorrect account information, false documentation, etc.), the borrower will be solely responsible for any resulting costs or losses.
